Is ZATCA e-invoicing included in all plans?
Yes. ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing is built into the core platform and available on every plan — Starter, Growth, and Enterprise. It's not an add-on.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading mid-cycle, you're charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
What counts as a "user"?
A user is any team member who can log in to the Taskaty workspace — project managers, designers, developers, finance staff. Client portal users are not counted toward your plan limit.
Does the free trial include the client portal?
Yes. The 14-day free trial includes full access to every feature in your chosen plan — including the client portal, time tracking, invoicing, and ZATCA compliance.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees on Starter or Growth. Enterprise plans may include a one-time onboarding engagement depending on configuration scope — this is quoted separately and transparently.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs or early-stage firms?
